About the Role
We're looking for a
Staff Product Designer
to join our design team as IC designer and strategic partner in scaling our design practice. This is a high-impact role where you'll own complex product areas, set the quality bar for the team, and help establish what world-class design looks like at Zocks.You'll be the first Staff designer at Zocks, working alongside the leadership to define what this level means as we grow. This isn't just a fancy title. It comes with strategic ownership, direct partnership with leadership, and the autonomy to drive initiatives that shape our product and design culture.
