Why do I love being a Product Manager at Zocks? Because every project has a clear purpose. We know why we’re doing it, and the whole team is motivated by the same goal. One of the best things about working at a startup is having full visibility into the development process. I get to see how an idea and a feature that starts from zero turn into a real, working solution. When I joined, I had almost no knowledge of development. I started out as a prompt engineer and had to learn a lot quickly, but the biggest reassurance was knowing I could always ask for help. My teammates were always there, so I never felt stuck alone with a problem. Step by step, I got bigger tasks, and now I’m building full features on my own.

Teamwork here really means something: everyone matters and everyone contributes. Through code reviews I’ve learned so much, always getting useful feedback I could apply right away. If I didn’t understand something, someone would always sit down with me and explain it patiently. As a 23-year-old just starting out, that has been invaluable.

One of the best experiences for me has been watching our AI assistant ‘grow up’ from the inside. When we started development, we were still experimenting with the basics — and now, we use a solution every day that delivers real value to our clients.

As a senior developer, I wasn’t just writing code, I got to be part of turning ideas into real features and then into fully developed  capabilities. The assistant kept getting smarter step by step, and I grew a lot along the way too,  learning new technologies and new ways of thinking.

What I love at Zocks is how much we’ve always worked as a team. If I got stuck, there was always someone to turn to, and when others needed help, I could support them. That back-and-forth learning and support is what made the journey special.

Now I kind of think of  our AI assistant as a kid  we’ve all helped raise together. It feels amazing to have played an active role in shaping an idea into a platform that keeps getting more and more useful.
